FORM 5500 – the Annual Return/Report for Qualified Retirement Plans

A Form 5500 is the form that is required to be filed annually, reporting information about a plan's financial conditions, investments and operations. The form is co-sponsored by the DOL, IRS, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

Our March 23rd presentation will focus on the Form 5500-EZ, Form 5500-SF and the full Form 5500 complete with Schedules and Audit requirement. 

Whether your client has a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan, a Defined Benefit Pension Plan, an ERISA 403(b) Plan or a Health & Welfare Benefit Plan, learn what form is required and the basic requirements of the forms.  Some of the topics covered will include: Electronic signatures, deadlines, audits, bonding, and so much more.
